Harnesses

Some of the most interesting and diverse applications we are involved with come from our work building wiring harnesses. From the smallest (2 in.) to the largest (over 20 ft.), we have built harnesses for applications such as:

• Automotive retrofits

• Motorcycles

• Video lottery terminals

When we build harnesses at ACC, we use various wire bundling techniques like tie wraps, convoluted tubing, expandable nylon braid, shrink tube and more. Our harnesses are 100% electrically tested and inspected. We understand how critical reliable harnesses are to any OEM and do everything we can to minimize the risk of post-installation failures.
